Overview

DonMo Hardware offers comprehensive custom metal part manufacturing services, including CNC milling, CNC turning, sheet metal stamping, bending, welding and cold-formed special fasteners. We produce parts from your 2D drawings, 3D models (STEP / IGES / DWG) or physical samples.

We handle both prototype / low-volume runs and high-volume production. Our engineering team reviews every drawing for manufacturability and provides cost-reduction suggestions before production begins.

Industries served include machinery, automation, automotive, electronics, furniture, construction and consumer products. Tolerances down to ±0.01mm available for precision parts.

3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling for complex 3D shapes, housings, brackets and plates. Materials: aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, plastic.

CNC lathe machining for shafts, sleeves, pins, connectors and rotational parts. Diameter range 2mm–200mm, length up to 500mm.

Sheet Metal Stamping

Progressive die and single-station stamping for brackets, clips, shields and enclosures. Material thickness 0.3mm–6mm. Tooling design in-house.

Bending & Forming

CNC press brake bending for sheet metal parts up to 3m length. Custom angles, multi-bend parts, welded assemblies.

Cold Heading

Multi-station cold heading for custom bolts, screws, rivets and special fasteners. High-volume production with consistent quality.

Welding & Assembly

MIG / TIG / spot welding and rivet assembly. Complete sub-assemblies delivered ready for your production line.

Prototype & Approval

Prototype or first-article sample produced for your inspection and approval before mass production.

Mass Production

Production with in-process QC and final inspection. Certificates of conformity provided with each shipment.

Packing & Shipping

Standard export packaging or custom packaging per your requirement. Sea, air and express shipping arranged.
